Cancellation Policy
BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICIES ZERO EXCEPTIONS: Beauty Analysis will make no exceptions to any of our policies in this waiver at any time for any reason and will not be subject to demand or defamation. CANCELLATION POLICY: Any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours before their appointment time will forfeit their deposit and will not be able to transfer deposit to a later date. You will need to book a new appointment online and pay a new deposit. SAME DAY CANCELATIONS or no call no shows will be charged for the remaining balance of the FULL SERVICE that was due. RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS: If you reschedule within less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and will need to pay a new deposit for your next appointment. If rescheduling your appointment outside of the 24-hour window, you may transfer your deposit to a new date, once. After you transfer your deposit to a new date, it is then no longer transferable. LATE POLICY: We reserve the right to CANCEL and give no refunds if the client is more than 10 minutes late to their appointment. We take multiple clients a day and need the full amount of time for each appointment and so that we may start the next appointment on time. You may schedule a new appointment but will need to place another deposit.
